Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless your product is incorrect or arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, please take 3 photos showing the damaged box, missing items, or damaged parts and email them to us at custom@cwcdewitt.com. All claims must be made within 3 days of the delivery date. If a return is approved, we must receive the item back before issuing a refund. For damaged or incorrect items, a return label will be provided at no cost.
