Return Policy

At Custom Wood Creations, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Standard Returns:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

• The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

• Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it for condition and completeness.

• If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery:

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below:

• Report damage within 2 days of delivery.

• Email custom@cwcdewitt.com and include:

  • 1 photo of the damaged shipping box

  • 1 photo of the shipping label

  • 1 or more photos clearly showing the damaged product

Once we receive and review your claim, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
