Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless your product is incorrect or arrives damaged. If your item is damaged, please take three photos showing the damaged box, missing items, or damaged parts and email them to us at custom@cwcdewitt.com. All claims must be made within three days of the delivery date. If a return is approved, we must receive the item back before issuing a refund. For damaged or incorrect items, a return label will be provided at no cost.
